Model 912 User Guide

Condition for 30 Day Guarantee

Please refrain from cutting the belt within 30 days from date of purchase. Cutting the belt of this model will void the guarantee. It can still be returned or exchanged if faulty.

How to Use

Please read the operations manual fully to appreciate all of the features of this model. We recommend issuing a verbal command, warning tone or vibration prior to emitting static shock. If your dog is highly sensitive to the beeping sound, then a verbal command or vibration may be the best warning to use for them. When using static shock, ensure contact points touch skin at all times.

Tip: To attach the belt, lay the collar receiver so the contact screws are facing up. Insert contact screws through the holes of the belt- a good starting point for small dogs is the sixth hole. Secure the belt with the plastic plate, screw on the metal contact points and tighten with plastic wrench provided.
