We offer free shipping on eligible orders. Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the minimum order value is met.

Express Shipping (Australia Only)
Domestic express shipping is calculated at checkout based on total parcel weight:

Express shipping is not available for international orders or domestic orders over 10kg.
Delivery Methods
Authority to Leave (Unattended Delivery)
Where Authority to Leave is selected, you authorise the carrier to leave the parcel unattended at the delivery address in a location they deem safe. Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier under Authority to Leave, delivery is considered complete and responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient, including loss or theft occurring after delivery has been recorded.
If unattended delivery is not suitable for your address, we recommend selecting Signature Required at checkout.
Signature Required
Where Signature Required is selected, the parcel must be handed to a person at the delivery address and will not be left unattended.
Complimentary Shipping Insurance (In-Transit Coverage)
All orders include complimentary shipping insurance while the parcel is in transit. This insurance applies where the carrier confirms that a parcel has been lost or damaged prior to delivery. Where a parcel is delivered under Authority to Leave and marked as delivered by the carrier, delivery is considered complete and complimentary shipping insurance no longer applies.
Order Fulfilment & Dispatch
All dog training products stocked by us are warehoused in our Brisbane Metro facility and are typically dispatched within one business day. Dispatch may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as postal service disruptions. If a delay is expected to exceed two business days, we will contact you.
Some Dog Care, Dog Treats, and Dog Play products are fulfilled by partner suppliers and may take between 7–21 days for delivery. Where applicable, you will be notified of extended delivery timeframes.
We primarily use Australia Post eParcel for items dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse. Third-party fulfilment partners may use alternative carriers. Tracking details are provided for all orders.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Australian National, Queensland State, or Moreton Bay regional public holidays.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with customs and import regulations in their destination country, including any duties, taxes, or fees.
Citronella bottles cannot be shipped internationally due to air-freight restrictions on flammable goods. Where applicable, we will refund the wholesale cost of the citronella bottle, offer the option to purchase the collar without the citronella bottle, or cancel the order at your request.
We reserve the right to cancel an order or request additional postage if international shipping costs significantly exceed the advertised flat rate.
International flat-rate shipping is via Australia Post International Pack & Track. Estimated delivery times to New Zealand, USA, Canada, and the UK range from 6–14 business days, subject to carrier conditions.
Final Notes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors. Responsibility for parcels transfers in accordance with the delivery method selected at checkout once delivery is recorded. Customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate delivery address.
