1. It is wholly your responsibility as the buyer to know the legalities of buying and using any of Bark Doctor’s products in your country, state and/or local jurisdiction. Please check your local laws prior to purchasing. 

2. Buyer assumes total responsibility of the risks and related outcomes from the use of any product after purchase. We cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained by the buyer or pet while training with the purchased product.

3. All our dog training products are covered by our 12-month Replacement Warranty and 30-Day Returns Policy. Terms and conditions apply. Please read the Refund and Returns Policy section of our website for full details.

4. Non-consumable items such as interactive toys and slow feeders and the like can be returned for any reason if you contact us within 30 days of receiving as long as the item meets our eligibility criteria. Please read the Refund and Returns Policy section of our website for full details.  

5. Items marked as final sale or part of a discounted bundle cannot be returned unless faulty. Consumable items such as citronella bottles, dog treats, care products cannot be returned.
