30-Day Satisfaction Condition
Please refrain from cutting the belt within 30 days of delivery as cutting it will void the return. Collar must also not show visible signs of wear like deep scratches to digital screen and plastic body.

Cutting the Belt
Once you have decided where to cut the belt to suit your dog, use sharp scissors and melt the end with a lighter to avoid fraying. We recommend giving yourself plenty of left over length for locking the end of the belt into place with the clip.
