Feeding Guide
Duck Wings are more calorie-dense than your average treats, so we recommend the following feeding frequency:
- Small Dogs (up to 9kg): 1 wole duck wing every 4-7 days as an occasional treat
- Medium Dogs (9-23kg): 2-3 whole duck wings per week
- Large Dogs (23-50kg): 3-5 whole duck wings per week
- Extra Large Dogs (50kg and above): 5-7 whole duck wings per week.
These are a guide only and should be adjusted based on your dog's activity levels and overall caloric requirements.
Calming Benefits of Chewing
Chewing is a natural behaviour for dogs and plays a significant role in promoting calmness and reducing anxiety. When dogs chew, they engage in a repetitive action that can help soothe their nerves and lower stress levels. The act of chewing releases endorphins—hormones associated with pleasure and relaxation—creating a calming effect. This can be particularly beneficial during stressful situations. Providing your dog with a satisfying chew can help redirect their focus and energy, offering them a constructive way to cope with anxiety.

Safe Feeding Guide
Safe Feeding Guide
1. Supervise Your Dog
Always supervise your dog while they are enjoying treats to prevent choking or overeating, especially with larger pieces of dehydrated meat or bones.
2. Hydration is Key
Ensure your dog has access to fresh water at all times, as dehydrated treats can be rich in protein and may lead to dehydration if not balanced with adequate water intake.
3. Introduce Gradually
When introducing new treats, do so gradually to observe any adverse reactions. Start with small amounts and monitor your dog for signs of allergies or digestive upset.
4. Check for Size Appropriateness
Choose treats that are appropriate for your dog's size and chewing habits. Larger dogs may require bigger treats, while smaller dogs should have appropriately sized options to avoid choking hazards.
5. Avoid Overfeeding
Treats should complement a balanced diet, not replace it. Follow recommended serving sizes to avoid excessive calorie intake and maintain your dog's healthy weight.
6. Consult Your Veterinarian:
If you have any concerns about specific ingredients, dietary restrictions, or health issues, consult your veterinarian to ensure the treats are suitable for your dog’s individual needs.
Storage Matters
Storage Matters
Nothing But...Dog Treats have absolutely no preservatives so proper storage is very important in order to maximise shelf life, which is around 12 months from receiving the product.
Store dehydrated treats in a cool, dry place and ensure they are sealed properly to maintain freshness and prevent contamination. Heat and moisture are the biggest culprits so it may be best to store in the fridge in an airtight container during the hottest months of the year.
